Booking, Reservations & Cancellations

We are present on platforms such as Booking.com, Hostelworld etc. However, for the best prices – book from us directly by calling us or getting in touch on Whatsapp, phone or email or booking on our website directly.

All cancellations can be handled via email/whats app/phone calls.
We offer free cancellation /modification for prepaid individual reservations when informed 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fee equivalent to two night stay is charged if any change is informed within 48 hours.

Group prepaid reservations are non-refundable. Any exemptions to refund will be subject to decision by management

We offer best prices when booked directly, any discounts are applicable for longer stay and subject to decision by the management.

All reservations are limited to a maximum length of stay of 7 days per booking. Further extension is subject to availability and can be confirmed by the front desk.

Check In/Check Out

Our check in time is 13:00 hrs (1:00 pm) and our check out time is 10:30 hrs (10:30 am)

At the time of Check In, for Indian citizens- we need a government approved identification card with address proof and a clear image. For foreigners, we will require the passport with the visa stamp. All guests planning to stay at the hostel must share the travel ticket from the previous destination they’re coming from. This part of our security protocol and check in can be denied if there is no compliance on the same.

Our reception is manned at all hours 24×7. Our reception operating hours are between 8:30 am – 7:30 pm. After which our security teams take over and are fully capable of assisting you with your requirements.

Yes, at the time of check out, we issue invoices. We will take 12-24 hours to provide the same to you.

The possibility of early check in and late check out is based on availability of beds at an added charge. Please check in with us via whatsapp for the charges and availability.

Yes, we provide an area for free luggage storage for 12 hours after check out. If you require to store your bags longer than that, we will charge per day for luggage (per bag).

Services

Yes, we have a common kitchen stocked with the necessary utensils and appliances at all our properties. We request our guests to only prepare vegetarian meals as it is used by other guests and staff. We request you to clean up after yourself using the kitchen. As we have common utensils and common appliances in the kitchen we request all guests to wash up and clean up after use. Please make use of the cleaners in the washroom to clean the washrooms clean for the fellow guests.

We do meal services; we provide breakfast, lunch and dinner at a small fee. Please check with our front desk team for the latest menu. We have packaged snacks and beverages available at the reception 24/7. Menus can change from time to time and are subject to availability.

Yes, we provide laundry services (Rs. 300 per load for up to 5 kgs). This includes washing and drying. Our rate is flat irrespective of the number of clothing items. We request that washing instructions be given before clothes are given. We do not permit the use of the washing machine by guests, that is only reserved for the staff. We do have an iron that can be used by guests in case that is required.

We do not have dedicated parking on premises. All our properties have a free street side and paid public parking in the vicinity which is accessible to all.

Yes, depending on our property – some have dedicated work spaces and others have common working areas with wifi.

The property has an inverter setup to tackle power cuts, during which lights and fans and plug points will be powered up. Air conditioning and hot water geysers and other heavy appliances will be non operational.
We have free unlimited internet at 100 mbps at our locations, and a back up connection in case the main one goes down.
Please check with the frontdesk for areas where the connectivity is the strongest.

Policies & Property Rules

No, we do not have such a policy – our hostels can be accessed 24/7. The reception is available from 8:30 am – 7:30pm, post which we have a security team on duty to assist you with your needs.

We clean all our rooms, bathrooms and common areas everyday with disinfectant. There is deep cleaning conducted at our properties on a weekly basis.

We carry our linen change over once in 3 days for long stays, and change it every time a guest checks out.

For safety and security reasons, we allow visitors only in the common areas from 10am till 5:30 pm.

All our properties permit food delivery, all delivery executives are restricted to drop off items at our reception desk. Food and drink is not allowed inside the rooms, but you are welcome to enjoy your order/takeout in the dining areas of each property.

We carry out green hours at our properties for dorm rooms.
AC hours are restricted between 5:30 pm and 10:30 am.

Directions Safety & Assistance

a. By bus – Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC)
Also known as “Vayu Vajra”, it is the public bus service from Bangalore Airport to several destinations in the city through its 12 routes. Please contact the front desk to know which bus to take to reach each property.

b. By Taxi – OLA / UBER / AIRPORT TAXI / MERU CABS and various other on-demand cab services and aggregators are available at the arrival gates. Help desk kiosks within the airport terminal will be able to guid travellers to the most accessible provider on arrival.

We also organise pick-up and drop facility to and fro from the airport.The hostel frontdesk can also be contacted to book a taxi for both pickup and drops to the airport.

At the hostel we endeavour to secure the premise for our in house guests. Our rooms are card enabled and can be accessed by guests with valid reservations only. On check-in we provide an Identification band to help our staff and guests identify in-house guests staying at the property. WIthin the rooms large luggage lockers are provided to keep your bags and small bedside lockers to store your valuables. We encourage guests to use their own locks, and if required we do sell locks at the front desk.
We have a professional security team at all our properties for further support. Our team is available on call 24/7 in case you face any issues.

Smoke alarms and Fire Extinguishers are provided throughout the property.

In the near future,we plan to implement airplane style and hospital style emergency call buttons at all our beds / rooms.
